Performs a variety of complex administrative work in support of the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and Board of Directors of the Early Learning Coalition of Southwest Florida (ELC). Supports the administration of the standard operating policies and procedures of the organization. Position requires a complete understanding and wide application of principles, theories, and concepts in the assigned function or business area.

Work is performed under limited supervision with moderate latitude in the use of initiative. Position relies on experience and exercises independent judgment based on subject-matter expertise in the area of specialization.
