Register for a New Provider Account
If you are using the Provider Portal for the first time, you must register by creating an account. This is done by visiting the provided registration link. Here, you set up your primary account for accessing the portal.
Register for an AccountExisting Providers Adding New Users: If your organization already has an established account on the Provider Portal, and you need to add additional users (i.e., users other than the original account creator), you should not use the registration link. In that case, the process is different—you need to contact Mr. Moses directly via email at
LEAHelpDesk@elcofswfl.org so that he can assist with adding these new users to your existing account.
