Participants will demonstrate the ability to design and implement age-appropriate activities that align with the Program Assessment framework, enhancing the overall learning environment for children.  Participants will analyze and reflect on children's play behaviors to identify specific ways in which play enhances their engagement and facilitates the learning process, leading to improved educational outcomes.

This training will review current mandated requirements for developmental screenings and an Ages and Stages refresher course with the developmental screenings we currently use to observe the children in the classroom to help for identifying children's strengths and opportunities for growth.
