The primary learning objectives for this training session are to enable participants to clearly identify and understand the various dimensions encompassed within the instructional support domain of the Pre-K CLASS tool. Additionally, participants will develop the ability to recognize and interpret specific indicators associated with the Instructional Support Domain. By the end of the training, participants should feel confident in their ability to apply this knowledge in practical contexts. This will enhance their skills in effectively supporting early childhood education through informed instructional practices.

We'll identify the underlying causes that may lead to such behaviors and explore practical strategies for managing and mitigating them. Participants will learn effective communication techniques and methods for fostering a positive environment to reduce disruption.

This training will review current mandated requirements for developmental screenings and an Ages and Stages refresher course with the developmental screenings we currently use to observe the children in the classroom to help for identifying children's strengths and opportunities for growth.
