Notice of Intent to Award – RFP 2026-04 The Early Learning Coalition of Southwest Florida intends to award Purchase Orders or Contracts for Educational Backpacks for Three-Year-Old Children under RFP 2026-04 to Kaplan Early Learning Company and Lakeshore Learning Materials, based on the published evaluation criteria and the determination that the proposed products and services best meet the needs of the Coalition. Final award is subject to completion of all required procurement documentation and issuance of Purchase Orders or Contracts. Any proposer adversely affected may file a protest in accordance with the Coalition’s procurement policies.
