Your child is eligible for the Summer VPK 2009 if born between Sept. 2, 2003 and Sept. 1, 2004. Your child is eligible for Fall 2009 or Summer 2010 VPK if born between Sept. 2, 2004 and Sept. 1, 2005.

BRING:
PROOF OF CHILD'S AGE (Birth certificate, signed immunization records, or passport) and BRING PROOF OF RESIDENCY (Parent's driver's license with current address, utility bill, pay stub, rent or lease agreement).

How do I enroll my child in VPK?

Take a copy of your child's birth certificate and proof of residency (like a copy of your electric bill) to one of the enrollment sites listed. Fill out a VPK application and pick up your certificate of eligibility. You can then choose a progr AM that is best for your child's needs. The Early Learning Coalition of Southwest Florida is working in partnership with Community Coordinated Care for Children (4C) to keep a running list of participating progr AMs in your area. Contact either organization for a current list.
