We are now enrolling children from birth through 9 years old and families with only one parent working. We encourage you to quickly apply in order to benefit from having your child enrolled in a quality child care program at a minimal cost. These are the steps to follow to apply for the wait list.

Click on Parents which is located on the left side of this page. Choose School Readiness and then choose "Do I qualify for child care assistance?" The next page to pop up is Applying for Child Care Assistance. You will then click on the line where it says to complete the information here. You will then fill out the application and submit electronically. A representative from the Child Care Resource & Referral Department will contact to assist with the determination of your eligibility to receive services.

We have added the Documents Required to Determine Eligibility Checklist (Documentos Requeridos para la Determinación de Elegibilidad para la Preparación Escolar (SR) en Collier, Glades, Hendry y Lee) on this webpage. Please review this list in order to be served at your first appointment. If you are missing documentation, you will have to be scheduled for a second appointment but our preference is that you are served at the first appointment.

CURRENT SCHOOL READINESS PROVIDERS RENEW YOUR SR PAPERWORK BEFORE MAY 10!

All current SR Providers were emailed the required SR Provider renewal forms on April 19. If you have any questions about completing these documents, please contact your Quality Mentor at the Coalition Office.

VPK PROVIDER PAPERWORK DEADLINES

VPK Child Certificates for Fall must be submitted to the ELC by July 15 in order for those VPK children to be entered into a classroom in the system for August payment.
